Learn about the new emphasis on sustainability and energy conservation, both as a part of the National Stimulus Program and in response to the immediate issues regarding costs of energy, availability of water, toxicity of run-off, on-site energy generation. Every Realtor and Property Manager should have this information! This presentation will be a great opportunity to get a broad preliminary view of the current status of legislation and regulatory action.
