A member of the CCIM faculty since 1979, Gene has been honored as the Institute’s Instructor of the Year and holds the CCIM Distinguished Service Award. Gene is also the author of the preeminent book in real estate syndication and holds seminars on group sponsorship. Gene Trowbridge has been the recipient of the Victor L. Lyon Distinguished Service Award of the CCIM Institute, recognizing his long-standing and exceptional service to the commercial investment real estate industry. As a lawyer, Gene specializes in the brokerage and syndication of commercial and investment real estate and works as a consultant to individuals and corporations.
