Bios:

David Weinstein is a practicing commercial real estate broker and the owner of Charter Land Company in Irvine, California. He has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and holds a CCIM designation.

George R. Monte is a court appointed receiver and commercial real estate broker and manager. He is the owner of Richmont Investment Property Services, Inc., located in Monrovia, California. He has all most 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is a licensed Investment Advisor and holds many real estate designations and certifications.
