Gregg S. Cochran, President, Commercial Mortgage Modifications, Inc.
Company founded in November 2009 after building a commercial modification unit for National Loan Resolutions. Gregg has over 20 years history in the mortgage lending industry as a loan originator, commercial wholesale lender and educator and author of 23 training programs covering aspects of lending from origination to servicing. Gregg also is a licensed CA DRE Broker. Gregg has successfully negotiated over 33 commercial loan workout packages ranging in size from $287,000 up to $9,000,000. Gregg holds a B. Sc. Degree in real estate. He’s an active member in the USCG Auxiliary and has been deployed to the Gulf Coast post hurricane’s Katrina and Rita as part of the response units. He celebrated his 20th wedding anniversary in 2010 and resides in Orange County, Ca.
