• Our speaker, Chuck Gabriels, will explain why Commercial Inspections are so important, what they include and why they are vital to a successful deal.
• Chuck exclusively inspects Apartment Complexes (2-200+ units), Shopping Centers, Warehouses/Industrial, & Office Buildings, from Bakersfield to the Mexican Border.
• These inspections, allows YOU, as an agent for the 'Buyer or Seller', to sleep at night, with confidence your Investment, 'Sale', will not return, unexpectedly, to haunt YOU!
• Because there are no "Disclosure Laws", for investment properties, these inspections are the only form of insurance/assurance that the Buyer is getting what he hopes. Otherwise 'Caveat Emptor', "let the Buyer beware"!

Having my CA General Contractors license since 1982, with an AA degree in Architecture, my own real estate property-physical-inspection-service since 1998, and having been past employed as a Deputy Inspector throughout Los Angeles County, I have 11 years experience inspecting multi-residential, commercial, & industrial properties, including Royce Hall at U.C.L.A.
