Carl Peterson, Senior Account Manager, will showcase the new CARETS Commercial MLS powered by National Association of Realtor’s partner ePropertyData.

CARETS and ePropertyData have teamed up to create a robust, media rich, data driven, property centric commercial MLS system that will put commercial sale and lease inventory, comps and transaction history at your finger tips. Come and learn about this valuable tool that will be included as a free benefit in your MLS membership.

ePropertyData is a leading commercial information exchange provider and provides the software that powers NAR’s CommercialSource database. CARETS, California Real Estate Technology Services, provides MLS services to six Southern California multiple listing services for six counties and over 100,000 MLS members.

Speaker:

Carl has been immersed in the real estate industry for 18 years. After graduating from Gonzaga University, Carl began working with Windermere Real Estate Corporate as VP of Affiliate Services. During this time Carl expanded the Windermere network across Eastern Washington and Idaho. He then grew a 30 agent real estate office to over 130 agents and two offices to become one of the largest real estate brokerage firms in Spokane, WA. Carl has been certified as a licensed real estate instructor in the State of Washington and licensed real estate Broker.
